The skirt will fit up to a size 10 comfortable but a small size 12 and you will still feel comfortable with how it looks and feels. The top is the issue with the sizing, which is such a shame as I couldn’t wait to wear this one but I have D cup breasts and this top is not for D’s. There is no stretch in the top like you get with others in this range and I have them and they fit really well.
